How to Claim PDUs on PMI.org
We maintain a Podcast PDU tracker to guide you through this process.
1. Click "My PMI" in the upper right
2. Select "Dashboard"
3. Scroll down to your PDU requirements and select "Report PDUs"
4. Select "Online or Digital Media"
To Submit One Podcast at a Time
- For Provider input: type "Project Zero Podcast". Do not select anything from the drop down list.
- On the Title line, input the episode name.
- On the Description line, paste in the episode description.
- Enter the dates you listened.
- Select the PDUs as outlined in our Podcast PDU Tracker.
- Check "I agree this claim is accurate"
- Submit
To Submit Multiple Podcasts at Once (we recommend submitting in batches of 5-10 to avoid potential audits)
Follow the steps above +
- Add to the description: "I have listened to [Number] episodes of Project Zero Podcast in the past [Months/Years]. I am claiming the total number of PDUs accrued for this learning activity. I have maintained separate documentation detailing the dates listened to each episode and learning notes." Include bullet points of all episode titles you listened to.
- For the dates started + completed list the date on which you listened to the first episode you're claiming and the date you listened to the last episode you're claiming.
- Input the total # of PDUs you're claiming for each area by tallying up PDUs for all episodes using the Podcast PDU Tracker.
